Can hypnotherapy help with more than one issue?

I was asked today can you use hypnotherapy to help with more than one issue? The answer is yes, but not all at the same time. If you book an initial consultation with me and ask about multiple problems, I will sit with you and together we’ll work out which problem to tackle first. After weighing up which issue we will have the best chance of success with and which you would like to resolve the most, a plan of action can be drawn up. Together we will prioritise the issues and make a list of the issues in the order you wish them to be resolved. The next step of course is to book your first session and start the real work. As we work through the list of issues you are likely to find that issues we are yet to work on may seemingly resolve themselves. This means two things, first multiple symptoms caused by the same issues and secondly your list will be resolved with less sessions than you first thought. Which of course will be cheaper. It’s not uncommon for multiple issues to actually be one issue with multiple symptoms. So don’t worry it’s perfectly okay to book an initial consultation and list a number of problems. So there is no need to be embarrassed. You’re still normal, and working together I can help you make the changes you want.
